Conditions of payment and cancellation:
Payment for your course is due in full 30 days before the date on which the course begins. If you book less than 30 days before the date of the course, payment for your course is due immediately. In the event of cancellation on your part notified more than 30 days before the start of the course, an amount equivalent to 10% of the invoice will be claimed from you as contract costs for cancellation.
These charges will increase to an amount equivalent to:
- 30% in the event of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before the start of the course
- 50% in the event of cancellation between 15 and 8 days before the start of the course
- 75% in the event of cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before the start of the course
- 100 % for less than 3 days before the start
Payment for the course already made will be reimbursed after allowing for cancellation charges. Bank charges for the reimbursement are paid in full by the client.
In the event of an early departure or absence during the stay, no refund or exchange for other services will be made. By enrolling on a DialoguE-AngloScene course you indicate your acceptance of the above terms and conditions. DialoguE-AngloScene reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice.
